I am Hainanese, I know what is a good Hainanese Chicken Rice, there are only a hand full of stalls in Singapore I feel is authentic. This is one stall since my grandfather took me here and I am still back again after his passing.

Singapore is a small little island but it is a great jump start to many countries with budget airline. 

Many people felt the island is expensive, I would say yes and no. It all depends on how much you know about this island. Cigarette and Alcohol is on the expensive side so are all the night spots drink house. There is a curfew on non drinking area, the authorities have set a deadline 10pm.  

Taiwan Uber

I am not a fan of Uber, actually I have taken a few times this years. My experience was speechless. 

I seen young drivers who try to make some $$$ and they were very kind and helpful. 

Taiwan have left little chance for this young generation to make $$$, this is just another opportunity for them. Yellow cab drivers are not that bad but compare to Uber drivers, it is still far from it.

In Singapore they have Grab and Uber, as I know they do no see a problem there. Singapore has more Taxi compare to Taipei and Kaohsiung combine. What is wrong with people driving to pick up others, this is happening everywhere in the world. In Thailand there are bike taxi, in Indonesia they have Tutu, elsewhere do your homework.

So what is wrong with modern world driving Uber? Is this about authorities can't find away to tax drivers, instead fining them??? Come on they do not get paid instantly, this is something like cooperate 7-11 using the online purchase benefit, washing money...... Who is the one should be in watch. Which authority is in the pocket of 7-11, may I ask??

I honestly feel the local authorities are so blind. They listen to any complain but never understand how this nation has become. The young is getting jobless and you are trying to restrict them, this nation in next 10 years might be doomed all because of your current benefit that someone is getting.

If the young have no opportunity now, their further is for you to see, so is you retirement plan.

This dish you can only find it in Singapore, now you can find in Taiwan big Supermarket and some other countries too. Many local friend love the taste of it even my partner bought it for us. Most camping trip we will have this as hotpot.

This software is really amazing, there is no Malwares or Virus. I am using it to convert most of the photos taken in 4:6 to 16:9 so that the photo can look good on Youtube.  

Found the ideal setting will be 1500 x 845 pixel under Advance Options. The photo do convert well but to a smaller size file in another folder so your original photo still stays in tact. Good enough to make a Youtube Video.

This 5 days trip was my last trip to visit families in Sabah. Place we visited Tunku Adul Rahman National Park, Mt Kinabalu National Park, Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and Tawau which was nothing much there.
